Cashew butter melt in the mouth creaminess with the delicate flavour of rose. These Turkish Delight overnight oats are truly a sumptuous breakfast. I’m not sure if I’m an Egyptian princess lying on a heap of cushions in a fancy tent in the desert being fed pieces of Turkish Delight or sitting in a rose garden picking blooms straight from the bush and popping them in my mouth. Either way it works!
Oats are such a good choice for breakfast and with the addition of berries, spice, nuts and chia seeds you don’t just get a delicious tasting breakfast that fills you up and keeps you going well into the day, you actually get a nutritional powerhouse!
Apart from tasting like one of my favourite things this is full of berry antioxidants magnified by the cinnamon, fibre, protein, omega 3s, calcium, essential fats and slow release energy. Why wouldn’t you want all that for breakfast?

The only thing that could improve this is some pistachio nuts sprinkled on top… next time!
