Are you ready to make delicious vegan pesto?
I've used traditional pine nuts but go mad and try any kind of nut you like!
- 140g spinach
- 30g fresh basil
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast heaped spoons
- 2 cloves garlic fat cloves, 3-4 if only small
- 1 tsp mellow white miso
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 35 g pine nuts Sunflower Seeds for Nut Free
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or more to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
Throw everything in your food processor and pulse a few times until you reached your preferred consistency.
THERMOMIX: Throw everything in your mixing bowl and pulse 1 second twice, scrape down, pulse again. Done!
