Chia Coconut Parfait

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200 g coconut yoghurt I use Alpro
  • a big handful granola
  • a handful blueberries and raspberries


  1. Mix the chia seeds into the yoghurt, stir it up well and then put in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to let the seeds absorb the yoghurt.

  2. Take the yoghurt & chia seeds out of the fridge and put a layer into the bottom of a glass or jar.

  3. Add a layer of granola, don't skimp on the nola!

  4. Top with more yoghurt and then heap with the berries and a little sprinkle of granola.

  5. Dig in and enjoy!
